Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how AIOX Suite uses them on the websites we operate, the types of cookies we use, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
This Cookie Policy applies to cookies set by AIOX Suite on our own websites — the marketing site at aioxsuite.com and the customer dashboard at app.aioxsuite.com. It does not cover cookies (or other tracking technologies) on third-party websites operated by AIOX customers, even where those sites run the AIOX Suite plugin. The AIOX Suite plugin does not set cookies on the devices of your visitors. For information on the visitor data the AIOX Suite plugin captures from connected customer websites — including IP addresses and request metadata — see Section 9 and Section 10 of our Terms of Service and the corresponding sections of our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when a website loads in your browser. They help ensure that a website functions properly, enhance security, provide a better user experience, and analyse performance to identify what works and where improvements are needed.
How we use cookies
Like most online services, our website uses both first-party and third-party cookies for various purposes. First-party cookies are primarily necessary for the website to function properly and do not collect any personally identifiable data.
The third-party cookies used on our website primarily help us understand how the website performs, track how you interact with it, keep our services secure, and enhance your overall user experience while improving the speed of your future interactions with our website. We do not currently use cross-site tracking pixels for advertising.
Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for authentication, session management, CSRF protection, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences (language, theme, cookie-banner choices).
- Analytics cookies — measure aggregate website usage to improve our content and product. These are set only with your consent where required by law.
- Security cookies — protect against fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
The full schedule of specific cookies used on our properties is auto-generated by our cookie-consent tool and shown in the consent banner.
Manage cookie preferences
You can modify your cookie settings at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer. This will allow you to revisit the cookie-consent banner and update your preferences or withdraw your consent immediately.
Additionally, different browsers offer various methods to block and delete cookies. Below are links to support documents on how to manage and delete cookies in major web browsers:
- Chrome: Google Chrome Support
- Safari: Apple Safari Support
- Firefox: Mozilla Firefox Support
- Edge: Microsoft Support
If you are using a different web browser, please refer to its official support documentation.
Relationship to our Privacy Policy
Cookies covered by this policy are one type of data processing we engage in. For the full picture of how AIOX Suite collects, uses, and shares personal data — including data not collected via cookies — please read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is the controlling document where there is any conflict.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision.
