This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, the types of cookies we use, the information we collect using cookies, how that information is used, what we share with third parties, and how to manage your cookie settings.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a website loads in your browser. They help ensure that the website functions properly, enhance security, provide a better user experience, and let us measure performance.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, both of which it forms part of.

How we use cookies

The aioxsuite.com marketing website and the app.aioxsuite.com customer dashboard use both first-party and third-party cookies.

First-party cookies are primarily necessary: they keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, remember your language preference, and let the dashboard function reliably. We treat these as "strictly necessary" and they are set without prior consent where local law permits.

Third-party cookies set by Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google are used for advertising attribution — measuring whether a paid ad campaign resulted in a customer signup. These cookies are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner where required by your jurisdiction.

Cookies we set ourselves (first-party)

Third-party advertising-attribution cookies

When you arrive from a paid advertising campaign run on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or Google, those platforms set tracking cookies in your browser. We use the values of those cookies — combined with what you do on our site — to measure ad performance and attribute signups back to the campaign that drove them.

Server-side conversion events

This is the most important disclosure in this policy, because it explains what happens with marketing data even after the cookie above is deleted from your browser.

When you sign up for an AIOX account, our server reads the values of any Meta and Google cookies that were present in your browser at signup time and stores them on your account. Subsequently — when you complete a paid subscription — our server sends a "conversion" event directly to Meta's Conversions API and to Google's GA4 Measurement Protocol. Deleting the cookies from your browser after signup does not delete the values already stored on your account.

What we send to Meta

• The event name (typically Subscribe) and a deterministic event ID for deduplication
• The subscription value, currency, and plan identifier
• The _fbp and _fbc cookie values captured at signup
• Your IP address and user-agent (used by Meta to match the event back to a user)
• SHA-256 hashes of your email address and display name (Meta's required format — the raw values do not leave our server)

What we send to Google

• The event name (typically purchase) and a deterministic event ID for deduplication
• The subscription value, currency, and plan identifier
• An anonymous client_id derived from your _ga cookie
• No raw personal identifiers

Legal basis

Where you are resident in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with cookie-consent rules, we rely on your consent (obtained via the cookie banner) as the legal basis for setting the advertising cookies and for sending the corresponding server-side events. Where you are resident in a jurisdiction that does not require prior consent, we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring marketing campaigns, balanced against your interest in privacy.

How to opt out of advertising-attribution events

You can opt out at any time in three ways:

1. Click "Consent Preferences" below and decline marketing cookies. This stops the cookies from being set in your browser going forward, and stops any further server-side events being sent.
2. Email support@aioxsuite.com and ask us to delete the stored cookie values from your account record. We will do so within 7 business days.
3. Exercise your statutory data-deletion right under §12 of our Privacy Policy, which removes the underlying account record entirely.

Note that deleting cookies from your browser does not automatically delete the cookie values already stored on your AIOX account from a previous signup. To remove those, follow one of the three opt-out routes above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via the dashboard banner or email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the most recent changes were published.
