The problem we’re solving
For 25 years, “being discoverable on the web” meant “ranking on Google”. That’s no longer true. By late 2025, a meaningful share of factual queries are answered directly by Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and a long tail of vertical AI tools. Those answers cite a handful of sources — and the sources they cite are not the ones that ranked highest on Google.
Why? Because AI systems retrieve and rank content differently. They reward:
- Structure — content that’s parseable, schema-tagged, and self-describing.
- Intent clarity — content that signals who it’s for, what claim it makes, and how recent it is.
- Licensing signals — content that tells AI systems whether they can use it, train on it, and how to attribute back.
Most websites today supply none of that. Schema.org helps a bit, but it was designed for SERPs, not LLMs. Robots.txt was designed for crawlers, not training. We saw a gap, and built AIOX to fill it.
What AIOX actually does
AIOX is a WordPress plugin and a cloud dashboard. Together they:
- Transform every post on your site into an AIOX Capsule — a portable, AI-native package containing the content plus all the metadata an LLM needs to use it intelligently.
- Push those Capsules to where AI systems actually look: structured-data tags, headers, dedicated endpoints, and (where possible) direct submission feeds.
- Monitor how every major LLM responds when asked about your brand or topics — and give you a quantitative Visibility Score that updates daily.
- Detect, classify, and gate AI crawlers in real time, so you keep control of who gets in and on what terms.
Everything happens inside a single dashboard at app.aioxsuite.com. No code required to use the apps. No theme conflicts. Works with your existing WordPress install.
Who we built it for
- Publishers watching organic traffic erode and wondering how to be cited by ChatGPT instead.
- E-commerce sites who want their product knowledge to show up when AI assistants help shoppers compare.
- Agencies who need to deliver AI-discoverability as a service to dozens of clients without rewriting the playbook each time.
- SaaS companies who want their documentation cited correctly when developers ask Claude or Cursor for help.
Our principles
- Open by default. The AIOX Capsule format is an open spec. Other tools can read and write it. We don’t lock anyone in.
- Operator-friendly. Self-host if you want. The same code runs our SaaS and your private deployment.
- Honest pricing. One token pool. Every app’s cost shown before you click. No per-feature tiers.
- You own your data. Training consent is opt-in. Right-to-delete cascades through every table. GDPR-grade controls.
Where we’re going
The roadmap is public on our blog. Next: AIOX-Mini (a fine-tuned open model that runs AIOX optimisations locally), a marketplace for community-built apps, and broader integration with vector-search and embedding infrastructure.
